Freight & Deliveries

We can ship to any address in Australia. There are restrictions on some products, such as aerosols and liquids, which must be sent by road courier only, not post involving airmail. If you live in a remote location, and you have ordered aerosol or liquid products, your delivery may take several days longer than expected to get there.

Some items take longer to process and dispatch than others. We have incoming shipments of stock arriving almost every day. Most orders are processed without delay. However, if any item is out-of-stock at the time your order is processed, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer either substitution or refund of that item.

Time-Sensitive Deliveries

If you have any special requirements for delivery, or a specific deadline to meet (such as a birthday party), please contact us. We will always do our best to be there for you. However, as deliveries involve many factors and contractors which are beyond our control, we cannot accept liability for any failure to meet any deadline. The best idea is to order well in advance of any special occasion - particularly if time is needed after delivery to make "DIY birthday t-shirts" or other time-sensitive project.
